ZOOVE (successfully acquired by Mblox)
Zoove was a mobile technology start-up that was successfully acquired by Mblox – the largest independent application-to-person (A2P) mobile messaging provider in the world. Start-up meets happy ending.
I was brought on board to advance the StarStar product design portfolio and develop a brand foundation for a potential acquisition. We built a strong presence in the mobile marketplace – pitching clients and agencies with innovative mobile marketing concepts.
User experience, idea leadership and hands-on design direction across all platforms for clients such as:
The Home Depot
Dove: “Real Women Everywhere” campaign
Users called **DOVE to submit a photo and appear in the Real Women Everywhere “Living Ad.” Users appeared instantly in the Dove campaign (displayed via a Times Square digital billboard). Images were later featured in a print version of the campaign. Users were also able to share their photo with social networks and this helped spread the word quickly.
Unilever and Target: Instant recipes and ingredients at your fingertips
A geo-targeted mobile application that Zoove developed for Unilever and Target. The experience allows customers at Target stores to purchase discounted Unilever products based on what’s available. New recipes are released each week with a detailed ingredient list and a step-by-step preparation guide. Users simply dial **Mealspot on their phone to access recipes and discounts.
Starbucks: Instant rewards program
The experience allowed mobile users to instantly access rewards – encouraging downloads for the Starbucks mobile app.
