ROLE: Creative Director (full-time freelance contract – 2 years)
Sunset Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens, Saveur magazine and the San Francisco Chronicle.
SUMMARY: Managed a small design team for several wine clubs
-Worked directly with magazine editors to help set direction for tone and visual design.
-After making a few adjustments to campaign development, I dramatically increased open rates and wine club subscriptions within several weeks after joining the team.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Packaging, branding, email campaigns, print ads, magazine inserts, magazine wraps, website design, monthly newsletters, recipe cards, wine tasting notes, annual recipe and wine book publishing, wine label design, sales materials and photography (sourcing images and managing shoots).
